If I'd known grandchildren were this much fun, I would have skipped being a parent.

Christmas 2008
Just a few photos from our fun Christmas:
Christmas Eve at Aunt Colleen's Mexican fiesta, complete with pinatas that were chuck full of surprises for the kids - you would have thought it was Halloween revisited.
We were glad at least one of our kids - April - was able to be with us for Christmas Day.
But, the day after Christmas was one of the 3 days a year we wish our house was a bit bigger. The cozier, the merrier I say.
Jonathon & Ashlyn finally get to eat THE GINGERBREAD HOUSE.
All that new snow made for great sledding. Even Grandma Jalene (with April on for good measure) took a few turns, snow in the face and all - ah, the memories that brings back......
Here's Ashlyn, who preferred the view from the top of the hill.
Jonathon & Dave won the contest (if there was one) for climbing back up the hill the most times.
